Many things can keep us from experiencing the life we want. These could be things like past traumatic events, issues in our family of origin, beliefs we have about ourselves, toxic relationships, unhealthy ways of coping, and troubling emotional experiences, such as anxiety and depression. All of these can all lead to us feeling stuck.

I use different methods, depending on each client's needs, to help them in overcoming their challenges. Some of these include facilitating self-exploration, teaching new skills, utilizing creative expression, and using mindfulness to help clients live and make decisions in the present moment.
