Sometimes our barriers to wellness are external, such as traumatic events, oppressive systems, and difficult life circumstances. They can also be internal, beliefs, limitations, or lack of emotional support resources or skills.
All of these can make it difficult to make the changes we are seeking on our own.

I use different methods, depending on each client's
needs, to help them in overcoming challenges.
Some of these include facilitating self-exploration,
teaching new skills, utilizing creative expression, addressing systemic issues, and using mindfulness to help clients live in the present and create a hope-filled future.
My areas of expertise encompass depression, anxiety, trauma, personal growth, LGBTQ+ concerns, consensual non-monogamy, kink relationship dynamics, sex therapy, women's issues, and recovery from religious abuse.
