As a counselor, I work collaboratively with my clients to help facilitate growth, healing, and a meaningful life and relationships that are based on their values, rather than on what society has told them they should be.
In the words of Sheree Bliss Tilsley:
I will not rescue you,
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
As you remember your light.

This exploration process is done is a safe, compassionate, and accepting environment and may include self-exploration, somatic body work, learning new skills, and utilizing creative modalities.
